ORO Construction & Design is a Dallas-Fort Worth design-and-build firm. We work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home renovations, custom builds, commercial spaces, roofing, and exterior renovations, the work clients live with every day, and the work that has to be right.
What sets us apart is straightforward: design and construction live under the same roof. The interior designer who draws your kitchen sits next to the project manager who builds it. The renderings you approve are the renderings we build to. There is one schedule, one budget, and one point of accountability, not a chain of subcontractors pointing at each other.

Meet the Team
Omar Orellana
Chief Executive Officer
Omar Orellana is the founder and CEO of ORO Construction & Design. He sets the company's direction and stays close to the day-to-day across commercial and residential construction, custom builds, and roofing. Omar leans toward action: in the field with crews, in design reviews with clients, in the numbers with the leadership team.
Before founding the company, Omar spent years in the DFW roofing industry, working with several of the region's top contractors and building the deep pool of skilled crewmembers ORO leans on today. Omar holds an associate's degree in management and is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent. He lives in Dallas with his wife.
Benny Farzad
Chief Financial Officer
Benny Farzad is the Chief Financial Officer at ORO Construction & Design. He oversees the company's financial performance, operations, and growth strategy.
Benny is a seasoned entrepreneur with a career spanning the retail and restaurant industries. Years of managing large teams and multi-unit operations in fast-paced, customer-driven environments give him a sharp eye for operational efficiency, financial discipline, and the people-first leadership that keeps projects on time and on budget.
At ORO, Benny applies that same entrepreneurial mindset to every job, whether coordinating crews in the field or making the strategic decisions that keep the company growing.
Alexis Castillo
Interior Designer and Project Lead
Alexis Castillo is the Interior Designer and Project Lead at ORO Construction & Design. She brings vision and precision to every project, blending creative direction with project leadership to turn concepts into refined, functional environments that balance aesthetic excellence with strategic intent.
Alexis oversees each phase from concept and space planning through construction and final installation, making sure every detail is considered and expertly executed. Known for clear communication and strong coordination, she works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.
Outside the office, Alexis is constantly sourcing materials and studying new design trends, adding to the curated palette of finishes ORO clients see in their first meetings.
