Roofing

Residential and commercial roofing across DFW. Storm damage, replacements, and repairs handled by crews we have worked with for years.

Roofs in DFW take a beating. Hail, straight-line winds, summer heat, and the occasional ice storm work on a roof every season. ORO handles residential and commercial roofing as a dedicated practice, not a side line, because our founder spent years in the DFW roofing industry before starting the company. That history shows up in the crews we work with and the materials we know.

We replace, repair, and inspect roofs across the Metroplex. We also coordinate insurance claims after storms, from adjuster meeting through punch list. Every job gets a written scope, a manufacturer-backed warranty on the materials, and our own warranty on the labor.

FAQ

Common Questions

Do you work with insurance after a storm?

Yes. We meet your adjuster on-site, document the scope of loss, write supplements when the initial estimate misses items (decking, ice and water shield, code upgrades, etc.), and keep the file moving through to depreciation recovery. The goal is to make the claim process invisible to you.

How long does a typical roof replacement take?

A standard composite shingle replacement on a 2500 to 4000 square foot home is usually a one to two day job once materials are on site. Metal roofs and complex roof shapes run longer. Commercial flat roofs depend heavily on tear-off conditions and substrate work.

What materials do you recommend?

It depends on the home and the budget. For most DFW homes we recommend Class 4 impact-rated shingles (often with an insurance discount) or standing-seam metal where the architecture supports it. We walk through the trade-offs (cost, warranty, hail resistance, look) before you commit.

Do you handle small repairs, or only full replacements?

Both. Some roofs only need a flashing repair, a valley replacement, or a few square feet of decking and shingle. We diagnose and quote repairs the same way we quote replacements: written scope, fixed price, photos before and after.

How long is the warranty?

Material warranties range from 25 years (standard architectural shingle) to lifetime non-prorated (premium impact-rated and metal systems). ORO offers a workmanship warranty on top of the material warranty, in writing, transferable on resale.
