Concierge: Full-Service Design and Furnishing

White-glove service for luxury home remodels and renovations. Design, construction, and furnishing handled end-to-end by one team.

Concierge is our full-service option for clients who want one team to handle everything: the design, the construction, and the furniture. We come to you. Samples, finish boards, drawings, and decisions happen in your home, on your schedule, not in a showroom or a busy design studio.

When the build starts, we protect what is in the house before the demo runs. Furniture is professionally moved and stored, paint and dust barriers go up, and the work stays contained. When the project finishes, your furniture comes back, the new pieces we sourced for you are placed, and the rooms are styled and photographed before we hand back the keys.

FAQ

Common Questions

What makes Concierge different from a standard ORO remodel?

Standard projects end at the construction punch list. Concierge keeps going through the furniture and the styling. We design, build, then place the furniture, art, and accessories so the room is finished, not just constructed.

Do I have to choose Concierge to work with ORO?

No. Concierge is for clients who want the full white-glove experience. Standard kitchen, bath, addition, whole-home, and custom-build projects are available without Concierge. We are happy to walk through both options during the initial meeting.

How does Concierge handle our existing furniture during the project?

We inventory and photograph each piece, professionally move it to climate-controlled storage, and re-install it on completion. Pieces we agree to keep go back in place; pieces being replaced are donated, sold, or stored at your direction.

Can I bring my own designer or do I have to use yours?

You can bring your own designer. Concierge can coordinate with an outside designer, manage the furniture and home-protection workflow, and run the procurement track on their behalf. Many of our clients prefer one team, but we have done both successfully.

How is Concierge priced?

Concierge fees layer on top of the construction budget: a design retainer, a procurement and project-management fee, and the actual cost of the furnishings. Everything is agreed before purchasing begins. No surprise invoices.
